There is blood in the streets, which can only mean one thing....BUY,BUY,BUY!!!!  If you are an investor it is now the time to put your ducks in a row and buy real estate.  All of the indicators are there, new housing starts are at the lowest they have been in a quarter of a century, interest rates are low and the bottom is here or  is already here and gone.  After the last 2 days everyone is changing strategy.  Las Vegas is on the way up and as long as you can weather this storm for at least 2 years, you will make money.  Homes, condos, and land are almost half of what they were 3 years ago.  This opportunity hasn't been seen since the 1930's.  If you own a home in Las Vegas that has equity in it, rent it out and buy another one.  If you have good credit, and don't own a home call me and I will help you get a loan for a home.  Foreclosures are where it's at and my team and I will show you everthing that is available to make sure you ger the best deal.  I just closed a deal 3 weeks ago and we looked at over 200 homes before we found the best deal.  Don't settle for a foreclosure listing agent, who only want's you to see thier homes, call me and I will show you all of the homes!  Times are great for buying, until next time...Vicki

P.S. One thing I know for sure- Use a CRS for the best investment advice! I am a CRS.

Wow, what a day to start my real estate blog.  Lehmann Brothers implodes with no bail out offered and Merrill Lynch is bought by Bank of America.  AIG is wobbling like a skyscaper in a hurricane, no pun intended Ike, and WAMU appears the next S&L thrift to falter.  The Dow is down 490 points.  It kind of makes you want to go back to bed and pull the covers over your head.  I had started to feel better about the bottom of the real estate market being in sight, but today gives me pause.  I had been thinking over the weekend about what I would say today about buying or selling real estate here in Las Vegas, but right this minute I am not sure I would buy a home myself after listening to the evening news.  We will probably see more of the same tomorrow and I would like to gather my thoughts, check the MLS in the morning and see what the news channels have to say before I tell you about the available opportunities here in the great city of Las Vegas, Nevada.  Until then....Vicki

P.S. One thing I know for sure "don't go out and sign a contract on any condo-hotel units".  This won't be a good investment anytime soon.
