Las Vegas condos are hot! As land
becomes scarcer and more expensive, Las Vegas condos
projects are being completed in multiple areas around Las
Vegas. Many local developers are building High-Rise ad
Mid-Rise Las Vegas condo projects throughout the city. In
addition, many "Condo-Hotel" themed projects have been built
(or are being planned), and many Apartment communities have
been converted into fabulous new Las Vegas condos.
So you may be thinking "what about all the open land around
Las Vegas?" Well, it can be a little confusing. Although it
does appear that we have lots of open land, we really don't
- much of the land surrounding Las Vegas, North Las Vegas
and Henderson is owned by the government, or the Bureau of
Land Management (BLM.) Consequently much of this land cannot
be built on and/or used to build Las Vegas condos.
What's the net result to Las Vegas? Builders are starting to
build more Las Vegas condos in order to better leverage the
amount of available space. This has been a great development
however, because many of the communities are absolutely
beautiful and stunning in their architecture as well as
their amenities provided for their residents.
