Penny O'Brien is a native Iowan She has been licensed by the State of Nevada to sell real estate since August of 2000, she has been a RE/MAX Realtor and Summerlin Specialist for over 5 years.  Prior to moving to Las Vegas Penny worked in her family business where she gained knowledge in marketing, sales, time management, & customer service. Her education and background allows her to assist her clients with extensive staging prior to listing their home for sale. Exceptional sales and negotiating training insures the best deal possible for her clients. Penny loves her career as a Realtor! The daily challenge of finding the perfect home for a buyer or getting a home sold for a seller is exciting and fulfilling. Penny takes her career very personally as a move is an emotional experience for a buyer and seller. She gets close to her clients who typically become long time friends after the sale. Penny lives in Summerlin with her three dogs for the past 11 years. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
